Help - Advise sought on my swamp

Hello everyone. I'll cut to the chase. The pool on my property has not been touched in 3 years. I'm selling my place and would like to get the pool into presentable condition. The pool cover broke, so I'll have to replace that. Was hoping to get some advise and tips on the best approach to cleaning this pool out and make it a little easier for the next owners to start using it if they choose.

I would not acid wash nor drain a vinyl liner pool.

Ditto- don't drain an AGP and don't acid wash vinyl.
