Anchor caps for safety cover posts???

I have these caps for the recessed posts but over the last 3 years some have broken or gone missing .... i can't remember where i got them and i need more.

Anyone recognize these and know a brand name i can Google? Got a better suggestion?

What are those initials stamped on the back of that one?

It indicates "HPi" ... that's the company that makes/sells them .... not sure if there still around. Also related to Yard Guard products .... i have sent them an email.
