I'm in the process of opening and have my Cl at about 25. If I am interested in getting a good Ph reading at this high Cl level, could I add some drops of R-0007 (the Cl neutralizer that is part of the TA test) ?

The Taylor pH reagents (R-0004 and R-0014) have some neutralizer already in them. The R-0007 will neutralize chlorine but it will also affect the pH itself, again throwing off the pH test.
