Panty Hose over skimmer basket

I know this is a silly question but can someone please explain how you actually put the panty hose over the skimmer basket? Do you actually, put it over the open portion of the basket, do you put the entire basket into the panty hose? If it's not too much trouble can someone post a picture or email a picture to me, [email protected].
