New Pool Needs cover

Im in the process of building a 655 sq ft in-ground pool with 18" raised spa. My pool builder (AS) called and offered to sell me a solid cover with pump and Installation for both pool and spa for $4200. Does that sound reasonable or am I better off going with a Merlin or other safety cover?

They also offer a 98% light blocking Mesh cover for the same price. I still havent decided if id like a mesh or solid cover. Right now im more interested in Price and quality

Is the cover similar to a Loop Loc cover? Anchor and spring type? if it is, $4200 is awfully expensive. Maybe a custom job that covers the spa as well is that expensive, but the price seems steep.

Yes - Similar to Loop Loc or Merlin except one piece. The one piece covers the Spa and the pool. Price includes installation of all the brass anchors and springs
