Fiberglass is delaminating...

Drained a green pool and noticed this crack in the fiberglass. It's coming away from the plaster/concrete underneath. Any ideas on how to seal it or stop it from speading? If you press the 2 sides back down, they do line up, there is no missing pieces. Just wondering what adhesive, glue, caulking, etc... will work? Thanks.

Yes it's fiberglass. I noticed that as well, but thought they may have painted over it at one point... not sure though, the previous occupant is gone and the realtor doesn't know anything about the pool.

That is the beginning of the end of Fibreglas in that pool, and one of the "dirty little secrets" that the Fibreglas guys don't talk about!

You might be able to get someone to patch it, but there is a good chance that there is more of that to come, especially now that the water has gotten between the old plaster and the Fibreglas.
