Spa wall tile falling off

I have a 4 year old Gunite Pool. Every year when i take my cover off the tile on the spa wall on the pool side are off and in the pool. I call the pool company and they send someone out to reintall and regrout the tiles. Can anyone tell me why this might keep happening ?

Cheap thinset material. Poor workmanship. Poor surface prep.

No reason for tile to fall off unless it has been improperly installed.

One reason that tile fall off for is the same reason you get cracks in your driveway when it freezes moisture gets behind the tile, freezes, expands and pushes it out. You can possibly lower the water level in your spa to a couple inches under the tile and see if that helps. But simicrintz just about hit the nail on the head
