I have 2 hayward color logic 4.0 LEDs. One of them was replaced last fall under warranty due to it dimming to about 60% and then after 4 minutes or so would go back to 100% intensity. The replacement is doing this again. Does anyone know what would cause this? Its connected to a Jandy RS 8 controller.

Have an electrician come out and test your power to make sure everything is okay.
Other than that LEDs will actually dim before they fail in fact when they say LEDs last XXX hours they are usually referring to total failure not dimming.
(But this wouldn't explain why they bounce back from being dim)
