Hi, I recently bought a pool online and had a local installer come to put it up.
the pool is now up with liner (not yet filled) but all of the top rails are crooked (one does not line up cleanly to the next).
The pre-drilled holes in the top plate to the top rail do not line up on almost all of the rails.
I contacted the poolfactory where I bought the pool and they said that the holes do not always line up and they can be adjusted.
My question is do I have bigger problem then just the top rails (is there an underlying issue I should be looking for/checking?).

I rented a transit to make sure the pool was level and it is within a 1/4 of inch.

If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated.
I'll try to post some pics as well.

Thank you.

You can take the caps off an loosen all the screws to the top rails. Do not take the screws out!!! Then gently move the rails into place where they look best and hand tighten them down with a little give until you get around the whole pool.

If the screws were tightened down before all the rails were on, it'd look really out of line. Try n see if it works and post pictures please.

Thank you will do?
Anything else I should be checking for to make sure nothing else was done incorrectly?

You should be able to slide those top rails into a better alignment. Let us know how ya fair.

You've got a nice wooded back yard too.
