Rheem vs. Raypak Heaters

I would appreciate any imput on 406K natural gas heater from Rheem and Raypak. They appear to be the same unit sold under different brands. Is that true? And if so, and they a good unit? The price for Rheem is quite a bit more than Raypak, so I am wondering what opinions anyone might have on them. Thanks.
 
They are the same except for a few things.

1) Different wind stacks
2) Different name badges
3) Different distribution channels

Great heaters! When I am selling just a heater to a customer, it's what I sell. If I am selling all new equipment, pump, filter... I use Pentair since the warranty is longer then.
