Is This a Normal Heating Time?

New spillover spa added to existing pool. 8x8 (6x6 inside) square spa. Jandy JE200T heat pump.
Heating spa takes 3 hours to bring temp up 30 degrees from 70 degrees to 100 degrees. (Air temp outside is 68 degrees).
Is 10 degrees per hour temperature increase normal for this equipment? What should I expect to heat the 20,000 gal pool?

How many gallons is your spa? How many gallons is your pool?

Specs for the Je2000T is here - https://www.jandy.com/en/products/heat-pumps/je Output is 64K-92K BTU's.

We can calculate what the heat rise should be knowing the gallons. But I am not surprised at a 10 degree an hour rise from a heat pump. They are not as powerful as gas heaters.
