    Help, tag is not mine!

A tag has just appeared under my user name in my posts, and I don't know where it came from! Thanks to all you experts here and at the other forum, I have NEVER been pool-stored (just lead astray by my pool builder).

How do I get the tag off, and where did it come from?

It's an indication of how many posts you've made. It will change at 10.

    That was just funny.

**Sorry people, we have been hacked, and apparently the only purpose was to mess with tags**

OK, how about this: just south of south east North Carolina?

Actually, it's Florence, which is in the north eastern part of the state.

I have to say, I find most of these tags irritating. On most (all?) forums where the tags are linked to the number of posts a user has, the tag phrase is at least semi-meaningful. Look:

    I've never been pool stored.

I know what BBB is but the tagline seems to imply that I just found out. (By the way, I don't like that term (BBB) either; I never add borax or baking soda to my water. I do add muriatic acid which isn't in the acronym. What's up with that?)

I've never not been able to see the bottom of my pool.

Ok, "5 minutes a day" isn't that bad.

Ditto, Let's Talk Test Results and Living The Dream.

Grillmaster? I thought this was a pool forum.

Waterlogged - This one's actually pretty good.

I'll stop being a curmudgeon (for now).

    Kurt,

Sorry that you find the rankings irritating. I am sure Sean will read this shortly. We are always open to suggestions. As we always say:

Those are not set in stone. I kind of threw them together off the top of my head just for fun. I'm open to suggestions. It would be easy to change.

    Sean

PS I've got a SWCG and the only thing I have to add is muriatic as well.

My "irritated" post was almost completely tongue in cheek. Sorry if it didn't come across that way.

Frankly, the initiation would probably kill you. It's a grueling process.
