EZ Drain Above Ground Cover Not Working Properly

Hello,
Newbie here. My problem is I'm losing water in pool. At closing, pool was filled to safe level. The level now is below skimmer opening. There are no leaks. I believe the water is going out through discharge side that cover hose is connected to. Can use some help, thanks.

Hi, welcome to TFP! Could you give us some more information about this cover? Is it a mesh cover? Do you have a cover pump on top of it? Any pictures you can post may also be helpful.
