I know most peoples opinion on this cleaner but this is the one I have at the moment.
I had to replace the Wall Quick Connect because the original one cracked. However, I can't get the connector inserted in the Universal Wall Fitting. It goes in the fitting but will not let me turn it. I'm afraid to force it because I don't want another cracked one.
Has anyone had this issue before? Do you have any ideas how I can get it installed without cracking it?
