26’ round Intex Liner Repair or Replace

We have developed quite a few leaks over the last two seasons and we’re to the point of replacing our liner. Just too many patches & more keep showing up. Is it possible to use a 27’ expandable liner for a steel sided AGP in my 26’ round pool without excessive folds and wrinkles or would it be better to get a new intex liner & scrap the old one all together?

Hey Marc! Gee, your question looks to have sat unanswered for almost a month. Sorry no one chimed in with an opinion on that liner sizing. I'm afraid I'm zero help on that myself, but wanted to check in, give this thread a and see what you decided to do. Maybe just close and wait until next season?

We have had several members successfully add a vinyl liner inside their intex pool. You must keep the original liner to provide support for the new vinyl liner. Here is one thread showing the process: Installing replacement liner inside of Intex 18' metal frame

I know I need to keep the original for support, but the question was whether or not there is a suitable fit for a 26’ pool. I can find 24 & 27 all day, but no 26.
