Also, are you keeping that bottled sealed and indoors? The powder is very sensitive to humidity and should be kept as dry as possible.

I have had that happen with my current supply but I just shook it up real well and it seems to work just fine...although mine is not quite as hard as yours looks. Be sure to keep the top on tight...
