Leaking at skimmer...

I had someone (Leak ID company) contact me about a leak at their customer's skimmer - It is leaking between the tile and the skimmer. There appears to be no grout.

Is this an easy fix?

It should be an easy fix. I found out that I was losing too much water and the PB came back and found that they did not grout the tile at the skimmer basket. They just put grout there and my pool has not lost water since they did that which was about 2 weeks ago.

just regular grout you get at HD?

I know that they used regular grout for my tile work because DW wanted a different color than the standard white so she picked up regular grout from HD. To be honest with you I do not know if there is a special grout used for pools.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge will come by and give us answers :-D
