A newbie second season with refurbished concrete plaster/painted pool 48,000 litres.
Have good clear water with test (Bioguard) as follows
TDS 500
stabiliser 40
Total chlorine 4
free chlorine 4
TA 90
calcium 88
ph 7.5
pool shop says I need 7.3 kgs of "Bioguard Balance pak 300" they are Bioguard outlet of course. as I have supported their lifestyles to the tune of about $300 to get the pool going this season I want to use this forum to keep costs reasonable!
With no metal fittings except the odd bit of stainless steel what should I add if anything. I need to find a test kit that does the business. Cannot source trhe ones listed on the forum out here in NZ but plenty of others when I get to the bottom of what is ideal.
