Very nice!!! - as for privacy issues, just plant a few screening shrubs - but do it now. Here is a before and after at our last house - the time difference was about 4 years - seems like a long time but it flew by!!! When we moved out last fall after 9 years, those cone shaped holly's were so big I had to hire people to trim them - couldn't reach the top even with a 15 foot ladder!
