Freash water start up question

I have just finished constructing a 4x12m swimming pool. This is a concrete pool tiled with mosaic tiles. I used cement-based tile adhesive. Now the construction is finished. How long should I wait before introducing the first water into the pool?

Depends on the grout you used. The silicone based grout I use for tiling wants 24 hours to dry. But I only do waterline tile repairs.

If you used a cement based grout that you mixed with water, I would mist it every 6 to 10 hours during the day, especially if its pretty warm out and dry. Warm to me is above 80F (25C) and dry being low humidity. Then check for and fill any cracks in the grout. If there aren't any, fill it.
