Hayward viio going in circles

My Viio is about 13 months old, has worked great, its now just rotating in circles, is this something i can fix with a replacement part? Thanks

I'm not familiar with this cleaner, but I found the following advice on their FAQ page. The second link is the operation manual (PDF format.)

Cleaner turns in tight circles when in Top Mode

One or more of the skim jet hole/s maybe clogged. Contact your Hayward Authorized Phantom dealer for repair.

Check all hose connections for possible leaks. Ensure o-rings at rigid pipe connections are in place and not damaged. Also check swivels, replace if necessary.
