after draining my pool this summer to get rid of CYA well over 100 it started well below 30. now2-3 months later it has creeped back up to 65. I am using bleach and everything else is good except CH which is 140. the pool is fiberglass and 30,000 gallons.

CYA is not naturally occurring and comes from no sources other than trichlor (pucks), dichlor, (powder) and pure CYA (stabilizer) that is put into your pool. (I think that's all....?)
If you have used none of those sources, then a testing error is about the only other explanation I can think of.
