Just got my test kit

SWG just turned on 5 days now

FC 5
CC 0.5
pH 7.8 yeah needs some acid
TA 170
CH 220
CYA 90

I know my FC is on the low side for my CYA according to Ben's chart
The other thing I need to add is my pool is solar heated to about 92F
Right now I have the SWG at 80%
Given this is all new to me I'm open to suggestions and/or things to watch

Ben's chart doesn't apply to SWCG pools. You can get by with your FC a little lower than that.

First and foremost, how does your water look? If it's clear and sparkling (sounds like it) you are good to go with just a little fine tuning.

You will most likely need some muriatic acid to keep your pH in the 7.2 - 7.6 range........SWG's tend to raise pH.

Once you lower your pH a little, recheck your Alk. If it's still above 120, I would suggest bringing it down into the 80 - 120 range.

CYA is at the top end but OK. Don't add any more or use any pucks.
