Intellitouch heating problem

I am having trouble with my pool heater I have a min max wich I just replaced the thermostat and got it working again now my intelli touch will not let either the solar or the heater come on it does not let me recalabrate the water temp at all it just keeps get a higher and higher reading Todays is 112. I tried reseting at the main board but no luck. Any takers on this one as what to try next. The min max works fine when run manualy and the temo on that heater is within 2

Sounds like your temp sensor has gone out. There is an identical sensor that is used for the freeze protection. You can try switching the two sensors, where they connect to the board. If, when you switch the sensors, you get an accurate reading, then you need to change the original sensor.

The MiniMax heater is also known for PC board problems (one reason it is gone and the MasterTemp is now their heater).
