Pool out of whack

OK, update on the war.....I can see a dime in the deep end (very clear)

CC 1 (I have never had CC's before------although I saw one at the pool store The new VW CC
Ph 8
TA 120
CYA 0 tested it last night 2X and once this morning

I originally had a CYA of appx 90, turned over about 6700 gl for an estimated drop of 20 to 70. Pool store tested the cya and came back with 30. We have had a boatload of rain and I backwashed to waste enough to get the skimmers skimming again.
What do I adjust first?

Use some muriatic acid to drop the ph to 7.5 first, then add enough CYA to bring it to 40.
