    Can Remote be replaced?

    Hi!
We just got home and found that our Boxer Puppy chewed on the remote for our Aqua-Logic (maybe he thought he'd get the Hot Tub Ready?????) He chewed on the end that has the metal contacts, but it still works. i'm reasonably sure it's not water resistant anymore. Can just the remote be replaced?

    Good thing he's cute...
Sunny SW Florida! Uncaged Free-form IG pool, Pebble-tec finish, 20,000 gallons?? (Beach entry/tanning ledge is 9' x 9'; it's free form 37' x 19'. Depth 3 feet to max 5.5 feet. There's also an attached spa with spillover: 6 foot radius. Anything else?)
Prologic computerized thingie with SWG; 1.5 hp Hayward II Super pump, cartridge (i think) filter. (Hubby contracted the whole thing...so I don't have a detailed list on what we've got!)

Yes! Thanks (I think!) Kias. I was hoping for a smaller price tag, but I'm not surprised!!

Be sure to get the right model replacement -- AquaLogic has replaced the spa control model I use (AQL2-SS-RF) with something called the Aqua Pod remote (much more expensive).

Best price I've found for the AQL2-SS-RF is at PB Pools - $199.00 (not including tax/shipping)
14,555 gal in-ground 16'x29' white plaster Pool w/spa (2007); Goldline Aqua Logic AQL-PS-8 control w/Aqua Cell 15 Salt Water Chlorination (SWCG); Hayward TriStar 1HP (1.85 SF) main / 1.5HP (1.60 SF) spa pumps; Hayward Swimclear cart filter C4025, ColorLogic LED lights; Tankless SP-18-4 electric heater; Polaris 280 cleaner.

Yeah, when I saw the prices I was thinking, "Maybe that puppy won't be so cute anymore..."
