New Pool OB in Phoenix, AZ

Hello,
I'm hoping to get some help on finding contractors. Went with BYOP in Phoenix, AZ. Permits hopefully this week.
I've got the pre-grade scheduled for first week of June.

So far through BYOP I've gotten 1 bid per each phase of the build, with 2 bid's for the pebble finish.
I did pass this along to BYOP and I'm still hoping to get more bids. Ideally I'd like at least 3 for each phase.

I'm located in North Phoenix, anyone have suggestions/recommendation for good contractors?

Have you started to consider what pump, filter, chlorinator, etc you will be using? Do you have available a source of softened water to use as make up water?

Hey,
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately there is no softwater available, but we are going with Pentair intelliflow pump and Pentair clean and clear cartridge.

Still weighing out finish surface choices.

Anyone have experience with CDC baja pebble finishes?
