This is the 2nd Rave I have for this company! Jim at Paramount coached me through the PCC 2000 in floor cleaner system operation. (All the nozzles were switched around when the pool was emptied before we bought the home)
He told me which nozzle sizes go where and how they are positioned. I was unaware of the different nozzle outlet sizes and why each has a specific operation. The stuff you can not find out elsewhere. I thought I would have to go through a season of trial and error to get the system right. Now only a few minutes of switching nozzles around and some aiming of the fixed nozzles and I'm done!
