Opening Pool from Winter

I had a company do my winterize. I should have written everything down. Is there a diagram or what do I need to make sure things are set up to get things going. I do have a 27' round above ground pool, heater and a sand filter.

Then once I get everything hooked up, would I fill the entire pool before I start brushing the floor to get the dirt and debris off? Then I can start trying to figure out the chemicals..
