A quick story about some really good customer service.....

Got 2 Sungrabber Panels for my new pool about 2 weeks ago, and soon realized that one had a hole and was leaking water. Didn't feel like I should have to patch a brand new panel with a 10 year warranty, so I sent the info and a picture to Fafco. Got a very quick email back saying that a new panel would be shipped out by the end of the week. I then asked if they would be sending a label to ship the other panel back, and the reply was: "Not Needed". Got my new panel today!

How cool is that? Yeah, I don't want to try and fix a brand new Panel that I paid $100 for, but I'll certainly give it a try for a panel that's a freebie!

Nice to do business with someone with good customer service for a change.......
