Blue(ish) but still cloudy

The water has been blue but cloudy for about a week now. It's getting slightly better but I'd like to hurry it along due to guests coming over on Monday. A bit of history...the water was green, I switched to BBB and used a lot of bleach and liquid chlorine to get to this point. I believe the algae is dead now and I'm cleaning the bottom with an automatic cleaner. I did clean the filter and add new DE a week ago. My numbers today are:

FC - 3.5
CC - .5
pH - 7.3
CYA - < 30
TA - 140

Should I continue to hold at my shock level (11) or normal FC level? Any suggestions to clear the water a bit faster? I did just add a bit of fresh water today due to evaporation and loss during back washing.

The rule of thumb is to keep it at shock level until
- no overnight FC loss
- CC not more than 0.5
- water is clear
so by these criteria you need to stay at shock level.
