Pool creaking and unleveled

This is my second year putting up pool. I got the pool at the end of summer and used it for about a month. I tried leveling the ground and it wasn't leveled. It did good for the remainder of summer. This year I decided to move it a little so it would be more leveled. Unfortunately it's still unleveled about 3 inches at 2 poles. I also noticed the pool creaks when someone is in it. Should I try leveling ground again and put pavers under pool?

Within 1" of level is what is recommend. You risk the pool failing when it is more out of level than that. If you can hear the pool frame making noise I certainly would try and get it more level than it currently is. A bursting pool can cause personal injury and will cause property damage.
