Stabilize qusetion...liquid or solid

Hey, I have lost the handle on my pool, it is green and its because of low cya and not enough chlorine......

Any thoughts one way or the other.......

Solid, it is much less expensive and works just as well.

I used the pool calc and for 0 to 40 to add 160 oz by weight or 167 oz by volume. I am using 30000 as the number of gallons. Not sure of the difference.

By volume would mean if you were using a measuring cup to dose, by weight is using a scale or container size. CYA is found in 1, 2, 3 and 4 lb containers, larger containers over the internet.

You can easily look up conversions for cups to pounds etc. For example, two cups is equl to 1lb dry weight. So if you have to purchase more than your required 10 lbs and dont want to guess, bust out a measuring cup and start pouring your dry stabilizer. Hope this helps.
