IE8 and long posts

I am having a problem editing long posts (larger than the presented edit window) with IE8 and this forum. It doesn't occur with Firefox but when editing with IE8 and a post that is longer than the edit window, the edit window tends to jump up and down when typing near the bottom of the post. Does anyone else have this problem?
