Cannot Read PPM on Easytouch.

I just hooked up my Easytouch with an IC 20 generator. It all powers up, I have all green lights, but when i go into the diagnostics and looked at the chlorination menu it reads salt PPM 0, it reads zero. The light on the cell says good salt? Any ideas?
