HEAD PILLOWS Sweetwater/Sundance spa

I have head pillows purchased from the spa manufacturer (now Jacuzzi, I believe) that have developed blisters after only a year. I am careful about adding chemicals (bleach and acid) and chlorine levels are not high

1/ Can anyone shed any light as to the likely reason for the blisters?

2/ Recommendations as to where to buy good, durable replacements? Not necessarily from Sweetwater/Sundance/jacuzzi which are expensive, and obviously not long-lasting

Do you mean you have blisters on your head where you rest it against the pillow? If not, then I'm not sure I see the connection.

I assume that he means that the plastic is blistering.

The 8 year old pillows on my Sundance Caprio ST spa are now in pretty bad shape. The best deal that I found for replacement pillows was online at www.spaandpoolstore.com. I ordered the 3 pillows yesterday for $140.00, while the local Paddock pool store wanted $225.00 for the same pillows.
