Good morning fellow pool owners. Anyone use waterproof tape on Intex pool joints to prevent corrosion?

I think I might try that. I filled the bottom feet from the outside with flex seal. So the water can't get in there from the outside. (rain, splashing etc.) The joints on top I have been searching and thinking and trying a few things. Not happy with any thing yet. I will look into the rubberized waterproof tape idea though. I have some and I will try it. Thanks. Will let you know the outcome. I have a new intex pool with the new poles and joints. The new joints aren't as exposed as the old ones.
