Temperature not on the same page

I have a master temp heater.
Heater temperature and SPA temperature are not on the same page.
The SPA temperarure is 100 but my heater setpoint is 70 because i have to compensate. If i set the heater setpoint to 100, itll get way too hot like 115. Im thinking thermostor or control board....

I bet you are correct but don't know for sure. Here is a bump to see if anyone else will see it.
