I have the TF100 so that is all I can speak to and I love it. Very well organized and user friendly. The only hard test in it is the CYA test but you can get use to it over time and it in the same I believe in all of the kits.

The TF-100 gets my vote too.

I recommend getting the Apollo stirrer as well. It makes testing much easier and faster.

TF100 - because you get more reagents for the money and because nearly everyone here is experianced with it.
