My name is Robert, live in League City, Tx and I have a 15000 Gal. inground pool with attached hot tub. I was struggling with all the problems I have read about on this site, like high cya, mustard algea, and high calcium hardness. I looked at many of the forum posts for several months before I decided to go for it, and I am glad I did. I spent hundreds of dollars buying algecides trying to get rid of Mustard algea and draining-refilling thousands of gallons of water to bring down high cya levels. Since going to the BBB method I have not had a single outbreak of mustard algea or had to think about draining water. My wife thought I was crazy when I switched to bleach and she really looked at me when I told her I was putting borax in the pool. But now she has noticed how sparkling clear the water is and no longer thinks I am out of my mind. So with that I will say Hello and thank you.
