Cleaning rust stains caused by roofing nails

So, we had our roof replaced about a month ago. We just started getting the pool cleaned up and found 3 roofing nails and a bunch of little nail sized rust stains. I found the vitamin C powder in a sock method in another thread. However, I’m looking at 10-15 little spots. Any other ideas that can be done without draining?

Oh yeah, it’s a salt water pool with pebble finish.

Perhaps an ascorbic acid treatment, but for about a dozen or so nail spots, not so sure it's worth it. Here is the TFP process if you're interested. Ascorbic Treatment to rid Pool of metal stains
