    Spa heater recommendation

Currently we have a propane heater for the spa. It has been leaking, so I by-passed it when I replaced the pump.

A friend has an insta-hot type of heater (don't remember the make) and likes it.

I liked the gas heater as the spa got up to temp fast.

    Any suggestions?

The brand that gets the most nods is Raypack. Gas does get the water hot fast! Not sure how much water one of the insta-hot type of heaters can heat at one time. You need to look at your electric costs compared to gas costs. In some areas that alone will make up your mind with kind of heater to use.
