Emptying and refilling a fiberglass spa

We have an elevated fiberglass spa attached to our in ground fiberglass pool (see attached) picture. It is estimated to be 750 gallons. Is it okay to completely empty it (to do some cleaning) and then refill it? Any danger of "floating it" like the pool if emptied completely? Thanks.

I'd hate to be wrong but.... I don't *think* it would be a problem because it sits above the ground (right??) so there won't be that pressure from the ground pushing inward against the walls.

Now if it sits *in the ground* in some fashion then I'd treat it like a fiberglass pool.
