Cloudy/milky water...

Hi everyone. Over the last two weeks, there has been a lot of rain here in Houston (well, more than two weeks) and a lot of pollen got thrown into my pool. It turned green, so I brushed it and put some shock (the one with CYA) yesterday. It looks much better, but I noticed that it was very foamy when I ran the pump, and today it looks cloudy/milky. I just tested the water and here is what I have:

FC 5
CC 0.5
pH 7.4
CH 290
TA 70
CYA 60

The pool has no shade, it's very sunny most of the year, so I think CYA @ 60 is good. Let me know if you think otherwise. I usually put liquid chlorine to maintain FC levels. Any thoughts on how to get crystal clear water? Are my numbers satisfactory to result in crystal clear water? Any suggestions as to my next steps would be appreciated.

Thank you.
