    Dimmer on the bubbler

My jacuzzi bubbler is too strong and causes alot of splash out. Right now it has a simple toggle switch like in the home. Can I put a dimmer switch on it to decrease the bubbler strength?

What about a valve to control the flow? A picture of this toggle switch might be helpful so we can see what you are working with.
