    ORP Low.......................

    Little bit stuck on this.

    ORP says 459 but things elsewhere look good. What am I missing?

    water temp: 67
    ph: 7.2
    salt: 3200 ppm
    total solids: 4700
    CYA: 80

    ORP really doesn't work when you have cyanuric acid in the water.

    I would suggest that you get a good test kit.

    I'm using a safedip 6 in 1 electronic to test the ORP.
    I'll have to check with them on that.
    Also, it was the same before I adjusted the CYA levels which were dead low.

    How old is your tester?
    Has it been cleaned and stored exactly as the mfg. recommends?

    As JW said above, ORP doesn't work when the CYA is above 20 or 30 ppm. It interferes with the mv value.
