    Salt

Sam's Club has a 44 lb bag of water softener salt for $4.28 (instant savings price valid until 2-25-18). Is this a good price?

    ~ approximately 23,000 gallons
~ AquaRite Salt Water Generator cell size t-9
~ 1.5 HP Hayward Pump and Hayward Sand Filter

Good price but do not use that! It has additives to protect the water softener. Typically the plain salt comes in a BLUE bag.

I have not seen the plain salt at Sams. I get mine at Home Depot.
