Water balanced for some time. I did have what I assume was some iron staining back in November and used absorbic acid, which worked well but did give me algae for the first time. This was cleared up in a few days. Now i am left with clear water but there is a very light green tint/ hue. Have tried adding metal magic (proteam) a couple of weeks back and have now run out of ideas. Now under pressure to get some help from a pool maintenance guy. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

    Welcome to the forum!

How are you testing your water? Those appear to be Pool store test results. We do not rely on pool store tests.

If it is a clear green then most likely iron. Search the forum, there are ways to filter it out or sequester it.

    Take care.
