Jacks Magic test Kit worked then did not on another try

I have black dime size stains on the walls and floor of a new aggregate surface I installed last march. Used a Jack's Magic Test kit I bought from Pinch-A-Penny and it tested positive for copper. That was several months ago and I purchased the appropriate chemicals to treat it. I have since spoke to a Jack's Magic Representative and he gave me a test kit from Jack's Magic. This test showed no change in all three tests. Not sure what to do now.

Welcome to the forum!

I am curious what chemical you bought to treat copper in your water. To my knowledge, the only thing you can do is exchange your water for fresh.

Can you add what state, province, or country St Petersburg is in?

Take care.
