Spak jet parts in Houston

I'm looking for some help in finding the attached spa jet part in Houston, or online. Have tried several pool/spa stores with no luck, even contacted the builder and no help there (pool was build about 8 years ago).

Any ideas on where/how to source this? The part needed is just the black part, that is threaded (female) and screws onto the air pipe in the spa wall.
